Email Subscription and Subscribe & Download Policy Addendum:
This Email Subscription and Subscribe & Download Policy serves as an addendum to the Terms of Use for The Mushroom Network, LLC (TMN). It details the terms and conditions related to email subscriptions, including both free and paid services, as well as the terms regarding downloadable content provided by TMN. By subscribing to our email lists or engaging with our downloadable content, Patrons agree to adhere to the stipulations outlined within this policy in addition to the overarching Terms of Use.
Subscribe and Download Terms and Agreement:
By subscribing to our mailing list, you’ll gain access to exclusive resources available for download, alongside regular updates, newsletters, and promotional materials. Please review the following terms carefully before proceeding:
- Subscription Consent: Entering your email and subscribing indicates your consent to join TMN’s mailing list. You can manage your preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
- Downloadable Content: Content provided for download is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution or commercial use without explicit permission from TMN is prohibited.
- Intellectual Property Rights: All downloadable content is protected under copyright laws, owned by TMN or used with permission. Respect these rights by not infringing on them.

Public and Private Subscription Lists:
- Public Lists are accessible to all Myco-Patrons, including our flagship 🍄TMN Newsletter and the 🍄TMN Marketplace Mailing List.
- Private Lists, such as the Exclusive Genetics Only List, require direct opt-in. Access is granted based on specific interests or participation in certain TMN activities.
Paid Subscription Services:
TMN offers exclusive paid subscription services, such as the TMN Foragers’ Guild and Myco-Genetics Subscription Box. These services provide premium content and unique product access:
- Enrollment and Billing: Subscribers are billed as per the agreed-upon schedule at enrollment. Details on billing, access, and benefits are provided upfront.
- Patreon-Linked Subscriptions: Access is linked to an active Patreon membership. Cancellation on Patreon results in loss of access to these exclusive email lists.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Subscribers may cancel anytime, with policies on refunds and access cessation clearly communicated at enrollment and within billing notifications.
Data Privacy and Opt-In Consent:
