Shipping Policy
The Mushroom Network works diligently to ensure that all orders are shipped with utmost care and punctuality. We strive to have all genetics dispatched by Mycologist Vendors within the estimated days to ship listed on their shop or product pages. However, please understand that certain variables may impact this timeline. All packages come with a tracking number unless the value of the genetics is under $10.00 (such as spore swabs). In this case, tracking is optional but can be added for an additional $5 to $10 shipping fee. If you have any issues with your received genetics, please notify the Mushroom Network promptly by going to the Mushroom Network Patron Support Center.
Refund Policy
At the Mushroom Network, all sales of genetics are considered final due to the nature of these products. However, we understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances like damaged, lost, or stolen packages, order errors, and other unique situations that may warrant an exception to our policy. These situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to override our standard policy when deemed appropriate.
In the unlikely event that a return or exchange is accepted, the process must be initiated through the Mushroom Network Patron Support Center found at https://themushroomnetwork.com/help. Please include all necessary details such as the order number, description of the issue, and accompanying photos.
