We strive to have all genetics dispatched by Mycologist Vendors within the estimated days to ship listed on their shop or product pages. However, please understand that certain variables may impact this timeline. All packages come with a tracking number unless the value of the genetics is under $10.00 (such as spore swabs). In this case, tracking is optional but can be added for an additional $5 to $10 shipping fee. If you have any issues with your received genetics, please notify the Mushroom Network promptly by going to the Mushroom Network Patron Support Center.

Refund Policy
