Some Mycologist Vendors on the 🍄 Mushroom Network (https://themushroomnetwork.com) make available various species of mushroom spores, which are intended strictly for legal and legitimate research/educational purposes only. We take every step necessary to ensure the highest quality mushroom spores possible and want to make it clear that our products are not intended for human consumption.
Under Florida law, it is legal to possess, sell, or transport psilocybin spores for research purposes, as long as they are not intended for cultivation or consumption. Florida Statutes, Section 893.03(1)(c)(35), states that psilocybin spores are not considered a controlled substance under Florida law, provided they are intended for legitimate research/educational purposes.
However, it is important to note that mushroom spores containing psilocybin or similar compounds are illegal in some states. We do not sell or ship psilocybin-containing mushroom spores to Georgia, California, or Idaho, and we strongly advise our patrons to familiarize themselves with their local laws and regulations regarding mushroom spores before making a purchase.
At the🍄 Mushroom Network, we comply with all applicable laws and regulations and offer our products only for legal and responsible research purposes. By purchasing any microscopy-only type mushroom spores from us, you agree to use them only for legitimate research purposes, and not for cultivation or consumption.
Please note that some of our 🍄 Mushroom Network Mycologist Vendors might sell/trade these products. If further responsibility is determined, then it would be between the Genetic Owner who sent the spores and the Patron who agreed to make sure they were following all laws. As a precondition to all sales/trades of the 🍄 Mushroom Network, the Patron agrees to assume full and all legal responsibility.
It is the responsibility of the Patron/Buyer to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of our products, including mushroom spores. The 🍄 Mushroom Network will not be held liable in any capacity for any legal consequences or damages that may result from the purchase, possession, or use of our products, including mushroom spores. The Patron/Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities associated with mushroom cultivation and use.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we suspect is engaging in illegal or irresponsible activities involving our products. We may also report any suspicious or illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.
