This Patron Account Policy serves as an addendum to the Terms of Use for the Mushroom Network. It outlines the standards and expectations for all users (hereafter referred to as “Patrons“) regarding the creation, use, and management of Patron Accounts within our network. By creating and using an account on the Mushroom Network, you agree to adhere to this policy in addition to our overarching Terms of Use.
1. Account Creation and Verification:
- Valid Email Requirement: Patrons must register using a valid, permanent email address. The use of temporary email addresses associated with services known for providing such is strictly prohibited. - Violations of Law: Any activities conducted through Patron Accounts that violate local, state, federal, or international laws are grounds for immediate account termination and potential legal action.
4. Temporary Email Domain Ban:
- Prohibited Domains: Patrons are prohibited from using email domains known for offering temporary email services. A comprehensive list of such domains is maintained and regularly updated by the Mushroom Network.
- Enforcement: The use of a temporary email domain for account creation or communication within the network may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
5. Account Management:
- Personal Use: Patron Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only, unless explicitly authorized by the Mushroom Network for business or educational purposes.
- Data Privacy: The Mushroom Network is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
- Account Termination: Patrons may terminate their accounts at any time. The Mushroom Network also reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Patron Account Policy, our Terms of Use, or applicable laws.
6. Changes to the Policy:
- The Mushroom Network reserves the right to modify this Patron Account Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of your account after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
