Myco-Rewards Policy

The Mushroom Network (TMN) introduces the Myco-Rewards Policy as an extension to our Terms of Use. By participating in the Myco-Rewards Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which govern the earning, conversion, and redemption of Myco-Rewards Credits within the TMN ecosystem.

Acceptance of Terms:

The Myco-Rewards Policy (“Policy“) is an integral extension of the  Mushroom Network’s (“TMN“, “we”, “us”, “our”) Terms of Use. By participating in the Myco-Rewards Program (the “Program“), Patrons (“you”, “your”) acknowledge and agree to the stipulations outlined in this Policy. Your continued use of the Program signifies your acceptance of these terms and any changes made to them.

Overview:

The Program is designed to enhance your TMN experience by rewarding your engagement with our community. Participation in the Program allows you to accumulate Myco-Rewards Credits, which can be redeemed for exclusive content and products, and contribute to your progress within TMN’s community.

Credit System:

1. Types of Myco-Rewards Credits:
   • Myco-Points (₧ts): These are the primary credits you can earn through various activities on TMN.
     
     
   • Myco-Tokens (⁂): Premium credits that can be used for exclusive rewards.
     
     
2. Credit Expansion:
   • • TMN may introduce new Myco-Rewards Credits as the community grows, offering a wider range of rewards and experiences.

Conversion and Replenishment:

• Conversion Rates (as of [Last Updated Date]):
  • 1 Myco-Point is equivalent to 0.1 Myco-Tokens.
  • 1 Myco-Token is convertible to 15 Myco-Points.
    
    
• Monthly Conversion Cap: Patrons may convert up to 1000 Myco-Rewards Credits monthly.
  
  
• Replenishment: Patrons may opt to replenish their Myco-Rewards Credits, adhering to minimum thresholds for each currency type.

Earning and Replenishing Credits:

• Earning: Engage with TMN to earn Myco-Points. Refer new Patrons, contribute reviews, read educational mycology articles, and participate in daily/weekly/monthly/annual activities for credit accumulation.
  
  
• Replenishment: You may purchase additional Myco-Rewards Credits (“Replenishment“). The current conversion rate will be provided at the point of transaction. All Replenishment transactions are final and no refunds will be issued.

Conversion Rates and Limits:

• Current Conversion Rates (as of [Last Updated Date]):
  • 1 Myco-Point = 0.1 Myco-Tokens
  • 1 Myco-Token = 15 Myco-Points
    
    
• Transfer Limitations: You may convert up to 1000 Myco-Rewards Credits monthly.
  
  
• Rate Fluctuations: TMN reserves the right to modify conversion rates at our discretion.

Recognition System:

The Program features a system of badges and ranks, rewarding you for achieving certain milestones and enhancing your engagement level. Badges and ranks are reflective of your contributions and come with distinct privileges within TMN’s community.

Non-Expiration of Credits:

Myco-Rewards Credits do not expire, ensuring that your earned value remains intact. However, you are encouraged to stay informed about current conversion rates and Program changes.

Content and Product Access:

Certain TMN content and products may be accessed or redeemed solely through the use of Myco-Rewards Credits, further integrating the Program into the overall TMN experience.

Integrity and Fair Use:

TMN is committed to maintaining the integrity of the Myco-Rewards Program and expects all Patrons to adhere to the highest standards of fairness and quality in their interactions.

Prohibited Actions:

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate corrective measures:

• System Manipulation: Attempting to game the system through artificial means, including the use of bots, scripts, or other automated processes.
  
  
• Spamming: Flooding the platform with junk referrals or spamming links to earn Myco-Rewards Credits without contributing genuine value.
  
  
• Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in any activity that is deceitful or fraudulent, including providing false information or manipulating referrals.

Consequences:

If a Patron is found to be engaging in any prohibited actions, TMN reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions:

• Loss of Credits: Forfeiture of any Myco-Rewards Credits earned through improper conduct.
  
  
• Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of account privileges, including access to the Myco-Rewards Program.
  
  
• Account Termination: In severe cases, permanent termination of the Patron account on TMN.

Quality over Quantity:

At TMN, our growth philosophy prioritizes the quality of engagement over sheer volume. We seek to foster a community of dedicated, genuine, and passionate individuals. High-quality affiliates, referrals, and interactions are the cornerstone of our collective success.

Reporting Misuse:

If you suspect any misuse or manipulation of the Program, please report it to us immediately. TMN will investigate all reports thoroughly and take appropriate action to preserve the quality and fairness of the Program.

Commitment to Community Growth:

We believe in growing with integrity and encourage all Patrons to contribute positively to the community. Let’s cultivate a thriving network that values quality and mutual respect, ensuring that TMN remains a premier destination for mycology enthusiasts.

Program Modifications:

TMN may, at any time, modify or discontinue any aspect of the Program. We will provide notice of such changes through official TMN channels. Your continued participation in the Program after any modifications confirms your acceptance of these changes.

Agreement to Policy:

By using the Myco-Rewards Program, you agree to this Policy, which is a binding part of our Terms of Use. This Policy is subject to change without prior notice, and your continued use of the Program constitutes agreement to all such changes.

By continuing to use TMN’s services and the Myco-Rewards Program, you are agreeing to this Policy and its terms.
