Submitting a report to the Hall of Shame is easy and quick! We've designed a user-friendly form that allows you to provide all the necessary details and upload proof in one convenient place.
You can access the submission form directly on the 🍄 Mushroom Network's Hall of Shame page. Look for the "Submit Report" button or link, and it will guide you to the form.
When filling out the form, make sure to provide as much relevant information as possible. This includes the name or handle of the offender, their contact information (if available), and a detailed description of the fraudulent or harmful activity. Additionally, please upload any supporting evidence, such as screenshots, emails, messages, or other relevant documentation.
Our submission form includes an easy-to-use file upload feature. Simply click on the designated area and select the files you wish to upload. You can upload multiple files if necessary. Accepted file formats include images (JPEG, PNG, GIF), documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX), and compressed files (ZIP, RAR).
We understand the importance of privacy and maintaining the safety of our Patrons. Your identity will remain confidential unless you choose to disclose it. We respect your anonymity and will handle all reports with utmost care and discretion.
Our dedicated team promptly reviews all submissions to ensure accuracy and validity. While we strive to process reports as quickly as possible, please allow sufficient time for thorough investigation and verification. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once your report is verified and the evidence is deemed sufficient, the offender will be added to the Hall of Shame database. Their information will be published on our website, exposing their fraudulent or harmful activities to the mycology community.
We take the accuracy and integrity of our Hall of Shame database seriously. Reports will only be removed if substantial evidence is presented that proves the report was false or misleading. We encourage all Patrons to provide accurate and verified information to maintain the integrity of this resource.
