We strive to ensure a positive trading and sales process for all Patrons while protecting their interests and fostering a safe environment.

Our dedication to you is unwavering. We promise responsive Patron Support, accurate product insights, and helpful guidance throughout your marketplace journey. Our goal is to provide a superior marketplace experience within the Mushroom Network.

Information Accuracy:

We provide thorough and precise information on all offerings. Our product descriptions, including species identification, characteristics, and intended uses, are meticulously crafted to give you a clear understanding of what to expect. However, please note that mushroom cultivation and mycology are complex subjects, and outcomes may vary based on various factors. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee specific results.

Transparency:

Honesty is our foundation. We provide comprehensive and transparent information about our Mycologist Vendors, their cultivation practices, and the products or services they offer. We encourage open communication and value the trust of our Patrons. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Patron-Buyer Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations regarding mushroom cultivation and use. It is essential to familiarize yourself with the legal requirements in your jurisdiction. The Mushroom Network cannot be held liable for any legal repercussions that arise from your activities. By making a purchase, the Patron-Buyer agrees to take sole legal responsibility and acknowledges that they are aware of the constantly changing laws governing their jurisdiction.

Adherence to Intended Use:

When acquiring any mushroom genetics from the 🍄 Mushroom Network, it is essential that Patrons strictly adhere to the intended use of the product. Some items, such as those marked as “Microscopy-Use Only,” are explicitly intended for microscopic examination and research purposes. It is strictly prohibited to attempt cultivation or any other unauthorized use of these specifically marked items. Violation of this policy not only risks legal consequences but also constitutes a breach of our terms of use. In such cases, Patronship will be revoked, and access to the network will be blocked.

Our Commitment to Trustworthy Payment Processors:

We have gone above and beyond to find reliable and trustworthy payment processors to facilitate seamless transactions within our marketplace. These processors have been carefully selected to benefit the entire network by offering secure and convenient payment options. We ask that if our Patrons choose to utilize these payment methods, they must conduct themselves responsibly and to respect the terms and conditions set forth by the payment processors. If you encounter issues, please contact the Patron Support Center before involving the payment processor.

Scammer Protection:

We are vigilant against scammers and will act decisively to protect our Patrons.  While we do our best to extensively verify every Mycologist Vendor, we acknowledge that scammers are becoming increasingly sophisticated. The 🍄 Mushroom Network has a zero-tolerance policy for scammers, and we take immediate action to address any fraudulent activity. In the unlikely event that you encounter a scammer, we have measures in place to assist and support you. But, if you encounter fraudulent activity, report it to us immediately. WE GOT YOU 💯!

Zero Tolerance for Abuse or Scamming:

At the 🍄 Mushroom Network, we operate with a steadfast commitment to integrity, honesty, and fairness. We want to make it unequivocally clear that we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, dishonest practices, or suspected scamming related to our shipping services. We have deployed robust A.I. systems in tandem with Project Aurora to monitor our network continuously and identify any fraudulent activity or violations.

Patrons should be aware that any attempts to exploit our services or kindness will not be taken lightly, and we reserve the right to reject replacement requests if there is substantial evidence of abuse or deception.

We consider our Patrons, Marketplace Vendors, and our entire Network of Patrons as cherished parts of our extended family. Each individual is truly valued for their unique soul, and we tirelessly work to foster an environment permeated with mutual respect and kindness. We are not a haven for wrongdoers. Any actions that undermine the integrity, trust, and harmony that define our community will be met with swift and appropriate action.

Payment Policy:

The integrity of our trading environment is paramount. We require full payment prior to shipping to confirm orders and secure transactions. Our payment system is built on trust, ensuring safety and convenience for all users. By following our payment policy, you help us maintain high service standards and a trustworthy Marketplace.

  • Escrow System: As part of our commitment to secure trading, the Mushroom Network employs an escrow system. Funds are held securely until your order is successfully delivered, offering peace of mind that the Mycologist Vendors are incentivized to fulfill orders efficiently.

Theft of Packages:

The Mushroom Network cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We recommend securing your delivery location and considering the use of a secure shipping address.

Out-of-Stock Genetics during Replacement: If the genetics requested for an approved replacement are out of stock, you have the option to choose between receiving store credit or selecting a similar substitute. We strive to ensure satisfactory solutions even in unforeseen circumstances.

Lost Packages:

Our goal is to deliver every package safely and on time. We provide tracking for all shipments (with the exception of orders below $10) to give you visibility and control over your delivery. Report lost packages to our Patron Support Center (https://themushroomnetwork.com/help) for assistance and potential replacement. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid any delivery problems.

Returns and Exchanges:

The Mushroom Network generally considers all sales final due to the nature of our products. However, we recognize that in rare circumstances, a return or exchange may be necessary. Such instances are typically due to product mix-ups or quality control issues.

Vendor-Specific Policies: Some Marketplace Vendors may offer their own supplementary Return and Exchange policies. These will be clearly outlined on their individual product pages and Vendor Shop’s Page. We encourage you to review these policies before making a purchase to understand the specific terms offered by each vendor.

Exchanges for Mix-Ups or Quality Issues: In cases where an item requires exchange due to a mix-up or a quality concern, please contact our Patron Support Center (https://themushroomnetwork.com/help) within 48-hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process based on the Marketplace Vendor’s policy or the standard network protocol.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items, especially live cultures or perishable goods, are not eligible for return due to their sensitivity. We urge you to carefully consider your purchase, as the integrity of these products cannot be preserved once they leave our Marketplace Vendors’ controlled environments.

Additional Shipping Fees and Best Practices:

Though some Independent Mycologist Vendors may apply additional shipping fees, we encourage all Mycologist Vendors to include shipping costs in the product price for best transparency. Such Mycologist Vendors will post their additional shipping requirements on their Vendor Shop’s Main Page.

Reversals and Shady Practices:

We have a zero-tolerance policy for reversals and other shady or scammy tactics. Any attempt to engage in fraudulent activities, including chargebacks or other manipulative practices, will result in the immediate cancellation of your order and revocation of your Patronship. We encourage open communication and expect Patrons to engage in honest and respectful interactions with the 🍄 Mushroom Network and its Mycologist Vendors.

Effective Communication:

We believe that effective communication is essential for resolving any concerns or issues that may arise during the trading or sales process. If you encounter any problems with your order, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our Patron Support Center (https://themushroomnetwork.com/help). Our dedicated Patron Support Team is here to assist you and find a satisfactory resolution.

Revocation of Patronship:

In cases where a Patron engages in fraudulent or manipulative practices, including reversals or chargebacks without proper communication with the Patron Support Center (https://themushroomnetwork.com/help), we reserve the right to revoke the Patron’s access to the 🍄 Mushroom Network. We take the protection of our network and community seriously and will take appropriate measures to maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace environment.

Amendment and Updates:

We reserve the right to amend or update this Patron Marketplace Trade/Sales Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Waiver of Legal Claims and Liability Release:

By participating in the marketplace trade/sale activities on the 🍄 Mushroom Network, the Patron acknowledges and agrees to waive their right to sue and holds the 🍄 Mushroom Network and its affiliates harmless from any legal issues or disputes that may arise from the purchase or use of the products. The Patron explicitly agrees not to hold the 🍄 Mushroom Network liable for any legal consequences, damages, or losses incurred as a result of their actions.

Furthermore, the Patron waives their right to pursue any legal action or file any claims against the 🍄 Mushroom Network in relation to the products, their legality, or any associated consequences. The Patron understands and accepts full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the trade/sale of products on the 🍄 Mushroom Network.

It is crucial for the Patron to thoroughly understand the implications and legal obligations before engaging in any marketplace trade/sale activities.

Agreement To Policy:

By purchasing any product or engaging in any transaction on the 🍄 Mushroom Network, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Patron Marketplace Trade/Sales Policy, as well as any other complementary policies, including but not limited to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. These policies collectively govern your use of the 🍄 Mushroom Network, the products and services provided, and the rights and responsibilities of both the Patrons and the 🍄 Mushroom Network.
