Participation in the Program By participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, including those pertaining to the Myco-Rewards Points System. Collaborative Growth Incentive The Program offers the Affiliate a referral bonus on qualifying items sold through the Affiliate's unique referral code. The bonus is computed based on a percentage of the sale, subject to the current points system as communicated by the Network. Myco-Rewards Points System The Affiliate is awarded points for each new Patron they bring to the Network. These points are redeemable for a variety of rewards. The Network retains the discretion to set and adjust the points required for each reward and the value of the points themselves. Changes to the Program and Points System The Network may modify the Program and the Myco-Rewards Points System at any time at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the point accrual rate, the value of points, the rewards available, and the points required for those rewards. Agreement to Changes By continuing participation in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to any changes made to the Program or the Myco-Rewards Points System. If the Affiliate does not agree to any changes, their sole recourse is to terminate their participation in the Program. The remainder of the terms and conditions remains as previously stated, continuing to govern all other aspects of the Affiliate’s participation in the Program. [affiliate_code]
