Objective:
Encourage members of the 🍄 Wood Wide Web 🍄, Spore Ze World, and the 🍄 Mushroom Network to capture and share their unique mycological experiences. By doing so, they not only contribute to raising awareness but also provide invaluable media that helps foster a deeper understanding within our growing community.

As we ambitiously aim to bolsters the 🍄 Wood Wide Web 🍄, Spore Ze World, and the 🍄 Mushroom Network, we understand the importance of authentic, member-generated content. Your snapshots will serve as more than just contest entries; they are potential visual stories, waiting to be integrated into articles, educational resources, and even portions of our video features. By sharing these moments from your mycological journey, you’re not merely competing for enticing Myco-Rewards. Instead, you’re actively shaping the narrative of our community, providing the foundation upon which we can build richer, more varied content. Rules & Regulations:
Eligibility:
- Open to all!
- Participants below 18 years must furnish parental or guardian consent.
Submission Guidelines:
- Photos must be the submitter’s original work.
- Maintain a high-resolution quality without exceeding 10MB.
- Refrain from using watermarks or other overlays.
- Submitting duplicate images or previously entered photos is prohibited.
- For every unique set of 5 photos, participants get an entry into the monthly draw. Multiple sets increase chances!
How To Win:
- Every qualifying 5-photo set grants an entry into our rewards system. The more you submit, the better your chances!
Milestone Submissions:
- Submit ‘milestone’ batches of 50 or 100 photos via our dedicated submission system.
- We can accept only 5 milestone submissions monthly.
- All milestone photos must meet our quality standards.
Usage Rights:
- Submission grants The 🍄 Mushroom Network rights to use, reproduce, and display the photos across all mediums.
- Participants must own copyrights to their photos and acquire permissions for any recognizable faces.
Photo Quality Criteria:
- Submitters must agree to provide usage rights for any capacity on our network.
- Ensure at least 80% (4 out of every 5 photos) of photos can be featured in articles or posts. We’ll consider 20% (1 out of every 5 photos) for frontend spots such as front covers of articles.
- Quality Control: Submissions undergo stringent checks to ensure relevance and quality.
Prizes:
- Monthly champions receive Myco-Credits, redeemable for Myco-Rewards.
- Milestone submissions fetch higher value prizes.
Winner Declaration:
- We’ll announce winners on our website, Facebook, and notify them via registered emails.
- Monthly winners are chosen at random, while milestone winners are limited up to 5 submissions per month (based on a first come first serve form that resets at the first of the month.
General:
- Any form of tampering or manipulation will result in immediate disqualification.
- The 🍄 Mushroom Network holds the right to modify contest rules or end the contest anytime.
